Hazioglen is an independent fashion brand owned by Hualiantong Technology (Zhuhai) Co., Ltd., which was founded in 2017 and recognized as a high-tech company in 2019. To date, the company's products have been sold in over 60 countries and regions worldwide.

As the technology and people's consumption level grew in popularity, Generation Z consumers began to increasingly seek diversity, individuality, style, and high performance in their products. In response, the company’s founding team set out to design the perfect fragrance and perfume – one that would meet all the needs of the young consumer market and showcase China’s intelligent manufacturing. The company’s first product, a perfume representing the elegant Eastern culture - the Sakura fragrance, received high praise upon its release.
